Recognizing the benefits an expanded facility could make possible, and the stimulus construction could bring to the neighborhood, NECCA's Board authorized work to begin. The three-level, 31,000 square foot facility has been built to LEED's Silver Standards (Sustainable building) and will offer increased levels of medical access and space for programs for school age youth.
